Sometime in late April last season, I remember reading a Fangraphs article on Julio Rodriguez talking about an elevated number of strikeouts due to close balls that were called strikes. I wonder if someone would find something similar digging into Casas this month. I can recall a number of close balls he's taken where the pitcher was given a strike.
