TV is way better than the movies now

movies seem to be just super hero movies
There's still production companies lie A24 who make great films. But yeah, the arthouse/indie film scene has been co-opted by mainstream stuff. Not the first time it's happened. It'll swing back eventually.

I sincerely don’t want to be aggressively negative right now, but … Christ, I dunno about this one.

The Sox have six wins this year. Two of them were basically gifted to them by absolutely horrific play by the other team. And three of them were against the AAA Tigers.

But I'll happily take every one of them.

To me the interesting moment of the game was Renfroe grounding out to end the third. Every Sox player ran past him at 1b to get to the dugout and not a one of them even slightly acknowledged Renfroe was alive.

I hate that I had to give my debit card info to appletv, it's bullshit. And my free trial only lasts 7 days, I presume because I have an android phone. I better not forget to cancel in a few days.

But I actually enjoyed the broadcast. I didn't know Dontrelle Willis was doing games, and I thoroughly enjoyed his style tonight. My favorite moment was when Sandoval sailed one to the backstop, and Willis said, "That's a D-Train special right there."

A lot of teams will lose to you if you just let them. It's much more fun when the Red Sox are the team that is letting the other team lose, instead of the other way around.

Just be around .500 when April is over. The schedule is getting tough over the next little stretch and that’s all I ask. Just keep your head above water.

the number of times traded in the last four years... something must be up - sure a few teams would do the same. The guy looks great on the field but maybe not so much off...

The bottom third of today’s lineup is 8 for 83 (bottom 15 is 15 for 124) this year.

I don’t understand why they are so rigid with the catcher platoon (a lot of back to back starts for Wong) but aren’t starting Dalbec vs a lefty.

Oh well, let’s start a streak!
