(It's just a mystery to me why MLB wants to make Friday night baseball less accessible to fans.)

It remains kind of ironic that MLB does not offer a $300 "everything" tier. Pay one fee - see and hear every game. ST to the final out of the WS. And it remains mind-numbingly stupid that they've effectively bargained away (it appears) their right to do so.

"We understand that you're a fan and want to follow your team - and we're going to make that as frustrating and nickle-and-dimeing as possible for you, hoping that you won't notice. What's that? You have to take affirmative actions to follow that team you love, and are slowly growing to hate doing so? La-la-la, la-la, la-la."

Personally, I think it's become a badge of honor not to spend money on MLB whenever possible.
