Why did Nugs give the foul there? They would have had another shot, otherwise.

Will be very impressive if the Cs can win this quarter by 11.

Nuggets are really good. Celtics can win this game but I think Tatum needs to show up in the 4th.

Win or lose, this is one of Jaylen's highlight games. And yes it includes his struggles at the line too.

But I would prefer a win.

Feels like the Cs have just been one or two passes short tonight, usually because they've thrown it away before they can get to that extra pass. Lots of drive and kick looks but not enough to move the whole defense around the way they do when they are really humming. Tatum has barely attacked all night which has a lot to do with it, not getting the benefit of his usual gravity.

Shame they didn't finish the job Tuesday because the sky is falling crew are probably sharpening their keyboards as we speak. Though I personally think this is a healthy recalibration for them. Good to face some consequences for not coming 100%.

Every possession, he just stands in the lane. Its infuriating.
They need to get rid of the 3 second call or just make it automatic on offense.. trackers in your shoes or something.. because it's a huge advantage for big men to never have to re-set... huge advantage on rebounding position.

Murray literally cries after every call.

edit: these refs are still ass and way to quick on the Ts

It's gotten to the point where I'm not even sure what Denver is complaining about on every possession up 9

Only time I miss Smart.. he would've taken a charge for sure on some of these drives.

Defense not good enough and Tatum hero ball is failing.
He's fucking driving to the basket.. wtf is wrong with fucking driving to the basket? It's not hero ball.. it's what some of you guys have been crying about for years.

Rough game for Tatum - just not finishing the tough takes while Murray comes down the other way and makes it look easy. He's got to win these minutes.

Tillman isn't playing bad, but there is simply not enough offense out there for the Cs in the Non Joker minutes. I'd rather see Hauser or White out there. Why Al and Tillman?

It's silly. If this kind of double bigs lineup sees real minutes in the playoffs something has gone horrible wrong so I don't really get why they are even bothering to experiment with it. It slows them down so much on both ends and negates any possible benefit you might get from out sizing them. It's a really athletic team and not a group that is going to be little brothered.

Moving the Line
So, Joe clearly not treating this like a playoff game with Pritchard in right now, especially when you'd want stops above all if this was June.

Hardly blame him, if anything, I think that's correct. But do think it's worthy of note.

Jrue Holiday has been a non-factor in this one. Can't have two starters being no-shows in a game of this magnitude.
