They need Portis to have one of those games. He's certainly capable - he's scored 20+ 14 times this year and 30+ 3 times. Even facing this neutered version of the Bucks, the Pacers won't defend for shit.

Pumping my fist at the technical foul called on Siakam for literally nothing. Great job inserting yourself into the game, refs! Exactly who I tuned in to see tonight!

Can’t have that game when you get ejected in the 1st quarter for slapping a guy in the head.

The halftime adjustments will be fascinating in this game. Given the bodies out for the Bucks and the zone they are rolling out. The pace is off the charts, but can the Bucks sustain it with 3 starters out?

Middleton injured. Looked like he rolled his ankle. If it wasn’t for back luck the Bucks would have no luck at all.

That's a wild stat just now: Carlisle hasn't won a playoff series since the 2011 title win.

This is why an Indy series would scare me a bit. They can get unconscious from 3, and they're not at all shy about jacking them up, as we saw in the IST. Probably not enough to win 4 of 7, especially with the C's ability to contest from 3 and limit attempts, but could get scary.

I know no one likes single game +/- but MIL is having trouble guarding on the perimeter (boy Connaughton seems to have lost a couple of steps). The only person on MIL who is + is Andre Jackson Jr. but Doc doesn't seem to want to play him even though he's one of the few Bucks who can actually guard on the perimeter. Weird to me.

But they don't seem to play basically any D.. I mean they're having trouble stopping a Bucks team without GA, Lillard or Portis.

They are the ultimate 'irrational confidence' team.

My biggest scare going against Indy is Nesmith Injuring someone

Is there anybody happier than Doc right now? Instead of being a playoff disappointment he gets to make excuses and come back next year to do it again.

We are thisclose to having the Bucks, Heat, and Sixers all eliminated in round one. Oh and the Fakers too. Could it get any better?

If you think of him as optimizing for internal politics and getting cushy gigs, and not winning NBA games as a coach, he's elite.

I haven't felt happy to watch every upcoming series in awhile. They're all fun, "on-the-rise" teams with something to prove, and very little for me to dislike.

Really feels like a changing of the guard.

If we play Indy, that means we've gotten through the east without having to face any of the Knicks/Sixers/Bucks, who are likely the three best EC teams outside of Boston. That would be a wonderful stroke of luck, even if there are things to be nervous about in a potential matchup with Indy.

Really feels like Milwaukee will be without both the rest of the series, which means Indy have to be overwhelming favorites now.
