thats a function of their personnel and style of play much more than any kind of favorable treatment imo. i watch a decent number of games and it doesn't really stand out to me as being better or worse than any other team. They lead the league in calls since LeBron's public meltdown that resulted in an unprecedented apology. The league dug their own grave after giving in to that Twitter performance from the official's union.
That's fair, it's more a perception thing from my perspective. I'll trust that you're not a LAL sleeper agent.thats a function of their personnel and style of play much more than any kind of favorable treatment imo. i watch a decent number of games and it doesn't really stand out to me as being better or worse than any other team.
He's like a more talented Rambis or something... Or Laimbeer? or maybe Stockton? He's not cheap.. and it's not just that he's white... It's the way he acts on the floor... one of those gritty players that is making the absolute most out of his talent.Am I unique in having an irrational mini-hatred for Reaves?
i hate the lakers. I just don't think the refs give them a special whistleThat's fair, it's more a perception thing from my perspective. I'll trust that you're not a LAL sleeper agent.
At least Marcus is a reasonably skilled passer, and even if Brooks is [maybe] a slightly better 3 point shooter, Marcus is far better inside the arc. Brooks is a very bad offensive player. Is Dillon Brooks shooting received worse than the collective response to Marcus by an exponential amount?
Ja Morant says he's 'fine' in the West, but the Celtics are on his mind. (boston.com)Nice d by Ja. Even Trae thought that was a bad effort.
Draymond and Looney seem to be so in his head by standing under the basket daring him to take an uncontested elbow jumper. It kills the Kings rhythm.sacramento has kinda been better the whole series without sabonis on the floor no?
Could be this forum's subhead / tagline.14 camera operators around a grown man hoisting talcum powder into the air.
Brooks talking about sending the Lakers home as an opening appetizer in the playoffs was up there, as well.Hate to see the Lakers move on, but it's pretty fun to see the Grizzlies unceremoniously dumped in the trash where they belong. I wonder where "I'm fine in the west" stands in the history of embarrassingly failed trash talk.
Remember game 1 when Jaren Jackson was the best player on the floor? Good times.
And that lame ass smug giggle with which he delivered his trash talk. What a weak ass wimp Ja is. And Brooks. Love JJJ and Bane is really good, but the heart and soul of the Grizz is soft as Charmin'.Hate to see the Lakers move on, but it's pretty fun to see the Grizzlies unceremoniously dumped in the trash where they belong. This interview did not age well for Ja.
It’s not a failure. He made money for his family. This interview did not age well for Ja.
You may be in a hurry with house stuff today,View: https://twitter.com/ballislife/status/1651956338593857542
Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere, but I couldn't find a thread on Butler, so I'm sticking it here. This clip is great.
I don’t want to spoil it, but what happens when Jimmy takes his sweats off is laugh out loud funny. You may be in a hurry with house stuff today,
You may say “Nah I’ll watch this video later.”
You may say it’s just another silly story.
Trust me one time please…..drop what you’re doing and listen to Jeff Teague tell the Jimmy Butler practice story!! You won’t regret it. Great find @128.
It’s kinda funny that they lost by 40 in game 7… wonder if he respects the lakers now.Brooks talking about sending the Lakers home as an opening appetizer in the playoffs was up there, as well.
Yeah, I feel bad for the Kings and their fans already. A Golden State-Lakers, LBJ-Steph battle for best in California is the NBA’s dream. The Kings are about to get big time Scott Foster'd in game 7 to make sure we get a LeBron v. Steph playoff series.
I think the NBA may not much care who wins tomorrow night. Sacramento offing the old guard to emerge as the new guard, and then having a battle with the Lakers for California supremacy, is just as good a story. Here is this upstart team with everything they need to succeed, now being put to the test. Warriors are yesterday's story, neutrals are bored with them, Kings are the young and exciting group.Yeah, I feel bad for the Kings and their fans already. Man, I hope you’re right. I think the Warriors may be the last team who can beat LA in the west.I think the NBA may not much care who wins tomorrow night. And they're all losing to the Nuggets / Suns winner anyway, as that is the "real" WCF imo, so milk this one while ya got it.
We won’t know until tomorrow, but Foster isn’t doing Suns/Nugs today, that’s Marc Davis’s crew.So sad if true: do we know who's officiating? He would miss his opportunity to fuck with CP3 today, jus sayin'.
People are really overreacting to LA beating a very, very flawed Memphis team that also ran out of players.Man, I hope you’re right. I think the Warriors may be the last team who can beat LA in the west.
Thank you for posting. This whole clip is gold and a nifty revelation is that Jeff Teague is kinda good at yarn spinning.View: https://twitter.com/ballislife/status/1651956338593857542

I didn't make out everything Teague was saying, but it sounded more like Jimmy wanted to get paid and less he wanted to motivate his teammates. You may be in a hurry with house stuff today,
