The NFL already had a bunch of Lions "Williams" jerseys left over from the Roy Williams pick in 2004 and the Mike Williams pick in 2005.

At least they picked him at 12 and not 2

To answer my own question, I guess if a team is offering you a first round pick for an undersized and overrated WR, then I guess you do it.
