Yuck. Well, now it's game five for all the marbles in the "Winner Gets Thrown Overboard" series. Go Atlanta.

Yuck? That was spectacular playoff baseball.

It is a joy to watch games like this with no skin in the game

This is absolutely true. But I really, really hate the Cardinals. Them and the Yankees are the only two teams in baseball that I can legitimately say that about.

I am rooting against the Cards, too, but all 4 games have been fun so far. Hope the Braves can finish them off. I'm guessing we won't know for sure until the lead changes several times late in game 5.

Excessive bat flips are really fun when it's your team doing them. They are an insulting disgrace when the other team does them, and the Unwritten Rules demand that they be answered with beanballs by those who Play The Game the Right Way.

McCann is one of the latter, so maybe something will be in reserve for Molina if the Braves have a big lead. Right now, Cards lead 1-0 with one out in the first. Molina up.

ok yeah, rewinding. Freeman flubbed a sharp grounder from MOLINA. it would have been DP and the inning over at 1-0.

what a giant shitshow.

Will this be the greatest comeback game in the MLB postseason history?

Cardinals have already made their defensive changes before their guys even hit the field.
It feels like everything that could ever happen in a baseball game MUST have happened already, but seriously, I can't imagine that's ever happened before.
