It will give him more rest which should be in his favor. Slower greens may be better for him as well.Tiger had I think 3 poor drives, a couple missed short putts, but honestly it was one of the best opening rounds in a major for him in a long time. He really looked pretty sharp, and to be one stroke off the lead is a great place to be.
Any thoughts on how the very very late afternoon tee time will effect him tomorrow? Greens will be harder and slower presumably.
please no.What are the chances Phil is the overnight leader?
That's awesomely absurd. This is one bunched up leaderboard right now. 46 players within 3 shots as I type this.
Come on...Guy is a total warriorNo way J- Day lasts with his back
There is zero chance he lost 30lbs, by the way. 10lbs maybe, but he pretty much looks the same.I don't understand how Brooks Koepka is winning. Brandel Chamblee told me his career was over because he lost some weight.
Good risk/reward. Makes sense that Phil would take the risk.Kinda. There is a big slope to the players right of the pin. Hit it there and it’ll funnel in toward the green. But if they miss it it’s a tough 2-putt.
It's exhausting. And it's incredible they aren't showing any shots from the groups behind them. Literally, none.I can’t stand the coverage of Dechambeau. He has a science degree. BFD.
They seem to be showing most of Phil's shotsIt's exhausting. And it's incredible they aren't showing any shots from the groups behind them. Literally, none.
And as much as I enjoy his misery, I can do without watch Spieth visit every random corner of the courseThey seem to be showing most of Phil's shots
