I am glad the Steelers got problems. I don't care. Everybody has their problems, and I am glad they have theirs.

I don't understand why this is a 4 game suspension. This is a repeat offense. Why does Josh Gordon get year long suspensions but Bell gets 4 games?

I understand he didn't fail a test, he merely didn't take one, but if that's the case why would anyone that would fail even elect to take one?

The reduction of Le'Veon Bell's suspension from four games to three is the result of a negotiated settlement between the NFL and the NFLPA. As part of the settlement, Bell also remains in his current stage of the NFL's drug program rather than advancing to the next one. The suspension is for missed tests, and according to a source, Bell missed the tests due to a travel issue and failed to communicate the travel issue to the tester.
