First iteration - hitting it into a wall. Standing on wood to level off. One of the first shots came off the wall hard and I caught myself in the neck.
Second iteration: Got a screen, but didn't have anything to hang it on. Hung it on my pontoon boat and the shelf. FYI, bud light seltzers are not good.
Third iteration, mat came, and I threw cardboard in the windows. It still wasn't level, so I put a piece of cardboard underneath the mat, and when I swung hard the mat moved.
Most recent update, I got PVC to hang the screen from. I wasn't sure how it would handle the impact from the balls, but it works fine. I also got a piece of plywood, and cut out a hole in it for the optishot. No more moving on the mat.
I have spotlights coming in the mail, and an extension chord that I will run along the ceiling. Still need to order some type of golf bag holder/stand for the laptop. And, I don't know how I'm going to hang the projector yet. I'll probably figure something out next week when I go back into the real world. I need to clean up a few areas, which I should do this weekend, so I can move the mat against the wall. My brother is a lefty, so I need to figure out how I'm going to get him on this.
