Chicago is 3-0 without Seabrook
Talk about picking up your teammate.

This has been a great series, really fantastic tight games.

Wow...that was pretty, and not easy. Nice pass.

EDIT: On replay, not quite as impressive. Still a nice play.

god Roussel is an asshole
I think Roussel is the guy Rinaldo mugged when they went to Dallas, Zac got something like 30 PIMs on his first shift of the game and got tossed.

The Kings have apparently decided not to go quietly.

A goal seconds into the 2nd puts them up 3-0. Jeff Carter on the power play.

Alex Stalock takes over in the Sharks' net.

Wow. Wow. Wow.

Avs tie it late on a Parenteau goal. Wild had a chance to put it an empty netter and blew it, creating the up-ice rush the other way.

And yes, Nathan MacKinnon was involved.

Pretty obvious holding on the Aves to prevent an EN opportunity goes uncalled and they tie it up soon after.

I saw a hold there too. Also saw Landeskog get the snowshower penalty, didn't we have a "that never gets called" discussion about that?

Kings refusing to go quietly in San Jose. Being part of 2 (!) 0-3 comebacks would be a cool thing to have on your list of accomplishments.

So much wrong with that Avs goal from Coyle getting his stick held to Stastny being offsides. Oh well, more hockey. Can't complain.

EDIT: the snow shower penalty was dumb.

I thought the penalty on Landeskog was really weak even before the studio guys pointed out that Kuemper didn't actually cover the puck until the last possible moment. Puck was live until just before he got there. Either way, with no dog in this fight I'm glad it's going to OT.

And that's why I thought the refs held their whistles on the ENG attempt. Watching live, the holding didn't appear that egregious, but I'm sure I missed something considering a few of you have posted to the contrary.

Stastny was blatantly offsides on the tying goal too, the Wild got screwed last night.

That said, MacKinnon is unreal.

Blatant is overstating it a bit much.

Looking at it slowed down on replay, yea - it was obvious. In real time? I'm not killing the ref for making/notmaking that call.

In full speed I thought it looked obvious and then look at the linesman's position, he's not on the line at all. That's an easy call, in my opinion.

Here
Not blatant, but a fairly routine call for a linesman in proper position. The puck is still completely on the line in that shot, too. He was probably offsides by over half a foot.

I think St. Louis is going to win today and the Blackhawks are going to win a one-goal Game 7 in St. Louis with a last minute regulation or OT goal.

Watching Steve Ott throughout this series has made me root for Chicago.
Brave Steve with a shove after the horn, then waits for the ref to jump in and break it up before anything happens.

Toews may have just delivered the knockout punch. Story of this game is special teams. St. Louis is 0-6 on the PP, Chicago is 1-1.

Miller hasn't been past the first round since 06-07.  Yeah he was great in the Olympics four years ago, but that's the Olympics, not the NHL playoffs.
