MLB roster or minors? And if it's just minors, who gets bounced from the 40?

Scouting Report from Sports Info Solutions.

I don't know much about him, but he did K Devers on a chin high fastball on 3/5.

Seems to be no real downside.
Seems worth taking the chance that this from the scouting report could possibly happen: "[MLB] teams will buy in on his control and hopefully better command to soak up innings...Uwasawa projects as a swingman in MLB with enough durability and control to be given a shot at the back end of a rotation. His four-seam characteristics and splitter have him standing a decent chance at some sort of valuable production for an MLB team, if he consistently hits spots, but the lack of velocity and overall stuff will limit his ceiling to that of a Kyle Gibson-type pitcher."

Literally there is no downside to speak of. He's at least more interesting to have come up from Worcester if there is an injury than a) using Chase Anderson; b) the parade of openers from last year or c) anyone in Worcester that isn't Fitts, if for no reason other than we kind of have seasons of MLB data to show the Chase Anderson types aren't good (and seasons of MiLB data to show that most of the other guys in Worcester aren't good either) so why not have a flier on the unknown.

How about Bernadino? He's currently at Wooster and very interesting. I think you left him out.
