Is Horford not able to sign with Philly now? So it would be the Kings, Clippers, and Lakers for Horford?
even if they lose him not sure how they fit al if butler does go to miami in a s+tSo, unless they lose Butler, I don't think they can fit Horford.
Depends on Butler. Is Horford not able to sign with Philly now? So it would be the Kings, Clippers, and Lakers for Horford?
So a better center and a quality reserve.Sorry meant to say full MLE and bi annual according to Nick Cattles.

You have just described its prototypical hipster.
Seiji is on fire today.Well done.
Whoever that is, they're wrong if Kemba comes into cap space in Boston.Sorry meant to say full MLE and bi annual according to Nick Cattles.

Wow -- Harris really didn't add much to the Philadelphia lineup. Now he'll get all of Redick's 3-pointers as well.https://twitter.com/ShamsCharania/status/1145469498234982401
5/180 for Tobias Harris
I think he's wrong. Celtics would still be below the cap, so they wouldn't get those.Sorry meant to say full MLE and bi annual according to Nick Cattles.

The East is breaking well for Boston, with the exception of the whole “KD is here now” thing.Wow -- Harris really didn't add much to the Philadelphia lineup. Now he'll get all of Redick's 3-pointers as well.
I don't know who Nick Cattles is, but I do not believe that is correct.Sorry meant to say full MLE and bi annual according to Nick Cattles.

Yeah but we don't need to worry about that yet.The East is breaking well for Boston, with the exception of the whole “KD is here now” thing.
He's also going to get all of Redick's former salary. Crazy.Wow -- Harris really didn't add much to the Philadelphia lineup. Now he'll get all of Redick's 3-pointers as well.
Does it change if they do a S&T involving Al?Whoever that is, they're wrong if Kemba comes into cap space in Boston.
You lose both of those exceptions.
S&T with Al keeps MLE, yes. Works similarly to the Kyrie scenario, and you can then do some stuff with Morris as well.Does it change if they do a S&T involving Al?

Yes, but for the next year Durant doesn't play at all does he? And then he still have to fully recover from the injury. The East is breaking well for Boston, with the exception of the whole “KD is here now” thing.

The Knicks and owner Jim Dolan were not prepared to offer Kevin Durant a full max contract due to concerns over his recovery from the Achilles injury, league sources tell me and @wojespn. Knicks officials are in Los Angeles tonight, meeting with free agents such as Julius Randle.
Kawhi hasn't left yet, but that would drop Toronto to a six or seven seed. The East is breaking well for Boston, with the exception of the whole “KD is here now” thing.
Yes. In that case they'd be operating as an over the cap team.Does it change if they do a S&T involving Al?
JFCHaha Jim Dolan was not prepared to offer Durrant the max.
Don't hear that phrase uttered very often.Knicks were smart.
"That's ok, they're just jealous of you.""No, no, we didn't get shut out in free agency, we chose to go after the lesser talent."

No I get that. I just wanted to clarifyYes. In that case they'd be operating as an over the cap team.
The key is cap space. If you ever use cap space to sign someone, exceptions go away(except for the room exception)
Exceptions are for teams that are over the cap.
Marc Stein was floating this yesterday, so it's not totally off the wall, but I'm not really lending any additional credence to it because of a SAS's hedging tweet here.I know it’s SAS but praying he’s right. Kawhi/Butler to Clips?
https://twitter.com/stephenasmith/status/1145471985495003137?s=21
Did they? Sure, they added Brogdon, but they lost Bogdanovic as well.Indiana just got a lot better if Oladipo comes back at the same level he was at before the injury. Brooklyn is better too.
Incredible Lakers schadenfreude if true but SAS is always wrong.I know it’s SAS but praying he’s right. Kawhi/Butler to Clips?

Man ton of moving parts for the Nets, potential S&T on the Kyrie deal, potential S&T on the Durant deal, their cap guy is getting a workout going through all this.
Hearing that there is possibility the the Nets could revive S&T talks with the Boston Celtics for Kyrie Irving. Deals are agreed to, but a ton of moving parts for how these deals are actually executed before anything can be official on 7/6.

Nerlens Noel has agreed to a deal to return to the Thunder, league source tells ESPN.
I'd say yes, lost Bogdanovic, but got Brogdon who can be the primary ball handler at times, and added shooting in Lamb, feels like they have a lot more options on creating their own shot without losing any 3pt shooting.Did they? Sure, they added Brogdon, but they lost Bogdanovic as well.
If you declare Bogdanocih and Brogdon roughly a wash, I find it hard to call the addition of Lamb “a lot better.”I'd say yes, lost Bogdanovic, but got Brogdon who can be the primary ball handler at times, and added shooting in Lamb, feels like they have a lot more options on creating their own shot without losing any 3pt shooting.
Who else is going to give him 4/118?You'd think Julius Randle could do better than the Knicks

For what it’s worth, I reached out to Horford’s camp to see if circling back to Boston was a possibility, and the response was simply this: “”
Read into that what you will.
