Other than the weather (which is a given will be different), let's hope everything is the same as last night.

I was astonished by how well the Sox pitched against the team with the best record in baseball. Now I am really bullish on this team.
LET'S GEAUX, SOX!

Yeah, its been homers. Bad luck on his part, maybe location issues (which could always be arm related)... Here's to hoping the wind is blowing out tonight.

Careful what you wish for ... Bello has allowed 6 HR over his last three starts

Tampa is getting stomped by Miami 7-1 right now. Hard to believe after the start the Rays had that the Sox will go into tonight just 4 back in the loss column of them.

Last night's win was just good old fashioned fun for the whole family. After a couple rockier starts, here's a great chance for Bello to shine again. With the way the bats are swinging, if Bello is on they should be able to scratch out enough for a win. Let's keep it up.

That's the all offense lineup out there today. JT at second changes everything.

Man, if Story is himself when he's back, and Dugo or Casa gets pushed down to the 8 hole, that lineup looks really good 1-8 and it's not like Wong is drawing dead in the nine hole. Not sure how much we want Turner in the field, but that lineup is, dare I say it, elite looking. Bello better get some K's, but if you put that lineup in front of Pax/Sale/Bello and this pen in the playoffs... it's kinda sneaky good, right? Especially if they add an elite bullpen arm? I mean it all falls apart when Sale or Pax gets injured again, but til then its nice to dream, right?

They mentioned on the radio last night that 1-4 in that lineup --- Olson, Albies, Acuna and Riley -- have all played in every game this season.

I hope you got these tickets early. These prices are quite shocking
I tried to exchange a game for tonight. Not a single ticket available. Bleachers on StubHub for $170 each. I thought no one wanted to see this team.

Game 102
Kike's trade removed Cora's golden calf.
Rain finally stopped then the game made us laugh:
Christian's catch baffled the broadcasting staff.
Umpire's called things like drunken riffraff.
A triple play on a baserunning gaffe!
The game ranks high on my "What-the F@ck" graph
(just above Florence Pugh dating Zack Braff.)
Beat the Braves again. Write their epitaph.
The Wild Card's down to a game and a half!

I’m in the house tonight too. We planned a visit to some Boston colleges with my daughter for today a while ago and got the tickets way back then.

As I side note I got to meet one of my early idols, Rick Burleson, in autograph alley. I didn’t know they even still had it. The Rooster’s a truly nice guy

This game has all the makings of a let-down for this team.

Score prediction:

Braves 5
Sox. 0
Get out of here w this nonsense. Bello is going 7 shut, raffy and casas are going yard, we’re gonna run into 6 outs, give up an inside the Parker on a pop up, and win by 5

Huh. I have a different take on the Acuna ABs. Since he always goes for the first pitch, he can be an easy out.
This AB by Albies is very good already.
