Brutal game. See you Thursday is right. I guess every game isn't going to go perfectly but the wheels fell off this one fast. It all started with the Rangers idiotic power play, where they do everything but shoot.
The idea of benching Henrik to shake things up sounds like a good idea, but I don't think you can give up with over half the game yet to be played. Of course, if they don't get it together in a hurry...
Pierre making too much of the switch. Is Hank so mentally weak that he couldn't handle ribbing if pulled and jeered by the home crowd? I think not.
I like how Eddie and Pierre immediately went to heap praise for the goal to AV for the Talbot/Lundqvist switch. Because that had so much to do with the goal.

Hockey is fucking incredible. It's the only sport that can go to total despair to absolute joy, in the middle of a game. This game is pure fun right now. And they're still losing.

I don't know what's more stunning, the Rangers tying the game or the refs actually calling a single embellishment penalty on Turtleneck. In Montreal. In the Eastern Conference Finals.
Still hate that rule. If a ref knows an infraction didn't occur, he knows not to call it. That should be addressed through supplemental discipline. But whatever - it is on the books.
