I honestly don't understand why every pro doesn't wear them. They are out in the sun so much. I used to get headaches after every round, now with my glasses on I can play 36 and be fine.He looks weird wearing sunglasses.
That's funny because I can't golf with sunglasses on. Seeing the bright sun out of the corner of my eye contrasted with the dimmed sun in my main point of view when I swing screws up my coordination something awful.I honestly don't understand why every pro doesn't wear them. No hat would mean a very bad burn for me, so that is not an option. No sunglasses, no hat for me...Robert Rock/Ryder Cup Rory-style. (but lots of sunscreen).
Clip-ons seem to have made a minor comeback this year. Might have hunt and be a bit spendy to find something that looks good.No hat would mean a very bad burn for me, so that is not an option.
Unfortunately I have a fairly heavy prescription so I don't really have sunglasses anymore. I do/did like using them for drives, as I thought made it easier for me to pick up the ball in flight, but that may have been all in my mind.
I was debating this myself last night. I like that they seem to be going for less clutter (a nice change from most channels nowadays). But something didn't seem right. The font seemed a little too large and cartoonish, maybe? Probably done for mobile devices. Not sure how I feel about the new golf channel graphics.
Some others were doing it today. It looks really weirdBryson putting with the pin in looks weird
What happened?Everyone aboard the Jordan Spieth is a head case train yet?
So I did some research. Apparently it all migrated over to NBC/Golf Channel. I canceled my iTunes subscription and signed up for NBC Sports Gold. They're running a special that ends today for $49.99 for the season, so basically the same price as before. So I think I'm in good shape.Yeah what the fuck. This is BS
I honestly wondered how long he could stay in top. He'll always be a good player, but his game has a lot of holes and it's pretty amazing he was able to do what he did. Let's see what him and his team come up with to stay on top.Missed cut in an easy tournament to start the year, hasn’t looked good in a long while, was talking about not being comfortable on the course, throwing old equipment in the bag because he doesn’t trust the new stuff, gone from one of the best putters on tour to mediocre to worse, Haney saying he believes Spieth has the yips...
Can you imagine a Spieth wedding.I believe Speith got engaged early last year and married in November. Could be as simple as him not being as locked in on golf as he was in prior years. It doesnt take much for outside distractions to get you off your game, and no doubt he went through a lot of changes.
My thought (without checking the stats) was that when he was winning he was an all-world putter had elite short game to go with it. That was definitely his strength, especially at Augusta. For me with Jordan, when he was winning a lot I always said he was boring. I think part of the reason I said that is because there wasn't a part of his game that was overwhelmingly better than everyone else. He doesn't hit it particularly far, he's decently accurate, his ball striking is good, as is his short game.
We still need a “like” button on this forum. Can you imagine a Spieth wedding.

"we do."
