How does this work exactly? If I boo Roger I will then love the owners? That's part of his job. Take the hits for the owners.
I have enough hate for both.

I disagree that Goodell has made them a bunch of money. He’s a puppet. Bozo the clown could have done what he did. If he were more competent, the hate would be less. I don’t recall prior commissioners attracting such hate.At the risk of stating the obvious, it’s not his job to be popular with the fans.
If I were an owner, I’d be laying the groundwork to move on from Goodell after the next labor negotiation, but he has made the owners a shit-ton of money and absorbed a lot of hate that should be directed at them.
From a bottom-line standpoint, the concussion settlement, the labor deal, and the TV contracts (though your Bozo the clown comment arguably applies) all matter a lot more than Ray Rice, DFG, or whatever. The Anthem controversy this past season is the first time Goodell’s imperfect PR skills cost the owners serious money, and even a PR wizard wouldn’t have come through that unscathed.I disagree that Goodell has made them a bunch of money. There is a long list of fuck ups, starting with the ray rice debacle
I don’t want to prolong the debate much given this is a draft thread (though it is a fun one!), but I think a good commissioner would be able to reduce ,not just absorb, the hate. A good commissioner would make the owners agenda seem attractive, not something a guy needs to “absorb hate” to defend. From a bottom-line standpoint, the concussion settlement, the labor deal, and the TV contracts (though your Bozo the clown comment arguably applies) all matter a lot more than Ray Rice, DFG, or whatever. I dont see it. Giants have a misguided belief Eli is their QB of the future. Its now a great chip to trade though. Bills?Giants go Darnold?
Eli is an elite QB who isnt old so it makes perfect sense to take the most replaceable position in football. i mean when they won their SBs they had elite RBs.Man Barkley just looks like an ACL waiting to happen.
This is 2 of the top 4 picks ... not a first and a third-rounderThey should. Little Griffin/Cousins move.
That’s what he got when the Jets took DarnoldOMG. Get Chubb, Bill!
Once a Jet . . .Goodell has a dark soul. He will do anything to stop booing
