Deleted, so I presume it was something classless. Unsurprising from lil JB
It was a video of him urinating in his pants during the game yesterday.
Given the Billy Madison quote, I'm assuming he was posting a tweet with a picture showing Boeheim having peed his pants. Something like this:
Boeheim is a prostate cancer survivor (and this is one of the unfortunate side effects), so I didn't want to poke too much fun at him.
Plus we're all indebted to him and his team for their victory over the Death Star.
Has Sir Charles responded to Boeheim's quote about Williamson in the postgame? It was pretty funny. I like Cheeky Boeheim.
UVA just dismantled vpi
Pretty damn impressive. They keep shooting from 3 like that and they’re going to go deep into March.
Losing against a 16 is definitely not what they wanted but it sure looks like it might have provided them some serious fuel. They're just humiliating teams.
Are you talking about UVA? Aren't they still undefeated?
Pretty sure he was referencing last year's tourney loss
You're right. I know Kyle guy took it really hard last year and that kid is playing his ass off this year.
Gotcha, my memory doesn't extend that far.
Michigan goes down today for the first time, now 17-1. They lost by 10 at Wisconsin.
#7 Kansas loses at West Virginia too.
#1 Duke vs. #4 Virginia on ESPN right now.
Zion is a freaking beast.
Zion finishes with his right really strongly.
Jerome ice cold. Tough to beat Duke if he doesn’t start hitting some shots.
I think Duke has missed 5 out of their last 6 free throws (would be 6 of 7 if not for a lane violation by Virginia). That's the kind of thing that will come back to bite you against a team like UVA
Turning into a heavyweight title fight. 2 best teams in the country.
Heck of a way for Virginia to beat the spread.
At least UVA beat the spread
Great game. Rematch in C’ville in a few weeks.
Good loss for uva. Horrible game for them on offense. Missed too many shots they normally make.
Over 50% from the field. Awful from 3 though.
Today's results left a six-way tie for first in the ACC
Ja Morant for Murray State (projected to be the #3 pick in the draft behind Zion and Barrett) had 40 points, 11 assists and 5 steals today. 1st player in DI in 20 years to have 40/10/5, and only the 5th to have 40 points/10 assists in that time. He's a human highlight reel too.
Grant Williams of Tennessee scored 43 points in a win over Vandy. He was 23-23 from the line.
They are on ESPNU tonight, vs Belmont. 15-2 record. They have 2 five point losses, to Alabama and Auburn, respectively. No signature wins that I could find. Probably have to win their conference tournament to get in the dance.
Probably won't be mentioned much, because they lost, but Memphis Senior, Jeremiah Ford, put on a show today. South Florida was up 26-1 to start the game, and 38-13 at halftime. Then Ford showed up. He scored 41 points in the 2nd half, including 7/9 from deep. Final score was 84-78.
Also, the nation's leading scorer, Chris Clemons, from Campbell, coming off a 39 point game in which he hit a 30 foot buzzer beater for the win, followed it up with another 39 points today. This was notable because he passed Larry Bird and Tyler Hansbrough on the all time scoring list and moved into 13th place. Realistically, he can make it into the top 5, and maybe even top 3, if he keeps up his current 28.8ppg pace.
Interesting game between Indiana and Michigan State. Indiana currently up 2 with 1.14 left.
MSU is 5-16 from the line. They also have 14 blocks, 8 by Kenny Goins.
And Goins just hit a 3 to put Michigan State up by 1
Bleh, Indiana had the ball with the game tied and threw up a terrible, ridiculously long 3 that didn't even hit iron. OT now.
EDIT--Michigan State is now 6-20 from the free throw line
And the Hoosiers win in OT, at Michigan State, after they lost Morgan to injury. Great win. Terrible loss.
Virginia Tech beat NC State 47 to 24 in basketball.
I watched most of this game (I was in Raleigh over the weekend) - it was pretty amazing. NC State had 2 points (yes, 2) with under 10 minutes left in the 1st half.
On the other end of the spectrum, a D3 school (Greenville University) scored 200 points this weekend in a 200-146 victory over Fontbonne.
They got to 200 in the final seconds by BS means (intentionally fouling the other team so they'd get the ball back with the clock stopped) but yeah this is insanity.
BC is giving Duke a run for its money right now.
Holding Duke under 40% and under 25% from 3. And down 18.
Duke @ Hoos tonight. 6pm. Should be a doozy.
I think Duke is going to win fairly comfortably tonight. Jones is back for this one while Ty Jerome is nursing back troubles.
UVA looking like they're playing UMBC tonight. Can't hit a shot while the other team is on fire.
Uh oh world, Duke might have figured out how to make 3's.
It's pretty much been the only hole in their game to this point in the season. Even with Zion getting bottled up and turning the ball over like a burger on a grill, they can beat anyone if they shoot like this.
Virginia is hanging around though, which is what Virginia does in games like this.
Can anyone confirm if LeBron is at the game? Because I would have no idea listening to Bilas and Schulman fawn all over him every 5 minutes.
Zion and Bron in the same building is like the ESPN Nexus
If only Aaron Judge wandered in too
Good luck rest of country
If you're going to make 62% on 3s, yeah, but given that's a complete outlier game, I'll have to see it again.
2-0 against UVA. Who is better than UVA that can beat Duke?
Edit Duke shot 2/14 from 3 last game against UVA and won.
You lost to Gonzaga and Syracuse (I don't care if Jones was out or not, you're supposed to be ten light years better than Syracuse) and needed a Leonard Hamilton induced miracle to beat Florida State, so this shit about "good luck everybody else" is premature Duke crowning bullshit like every other year on here.
