Yeah baby.  First week with double digit points last week.  Moved out of last place.  I'm freaking rolling.  7 guys playing this week.

I'll probably have 6 make the cut and up with 6 points, but hey, you can't make an all world comeback if you don't come from way back.

I can only imagine the shit that Tiger would take if he withdrew from a tournament because of allergies after shooting an 82.

While I completely agree DTOB about the Tiger sentiment, I've experienced an allergy attack on the course both personally and seen others go through it. I've seen someone shoot under par for the first 8 holes then get hit with it and have their eyes swell up and not be able to hit a shot straight until they got themselves under control. It sounds like a lame excuse (and for Bubba it very well may be), but if when it hits, it's brutal.

That's all good.  Personally, I could care less.  If these guys want to bail out for whatever reason, it's no skin off my back.  I just hate the double standard when Tiger does something and everyone loses their mind, when almost weekly, somebody leaves a tournament due to injury.  If this was Tiger, the questions wouldn't be about the severity of the attack, they'd be centered on the fact that he finished his round, go take some Benadryl and come back and play the next day.  Was this going to be multi-day allergy attack or something?

Again, I'm not saying I have an issue.  Just playing contrarian for a moment, and pointing out that no matter how bad it might have been in the moment, the anti-Tiger juggernaut would be full throat asking those types of questions.

Looks like a battle between Randy Watson and I on this Sunday.  He has #1 and #5 entering the day, and one other made the cut, who doesn't look top 25
I have #2 and #3 entering the day,  and two others just outside the top 10 entering the round.

Posting this probably means we both collapse today and someone else pops in and steals it

Well, looks like I was prophetic for my team at least, as it looks like I'll be lucky to have anyone break par, and my two guys on the edge of the top 10 shoot epic 77 and 84,  with a 46 on the back 9 to drop from T-15 to T-67  from Pat Perez

Did I manage to pull that off?

15 for winner plus 3 for top 25, then I think 3 made the cut and I have no idea how we score Mahan

I think you did,  I think because of all the collapses, I ended up with 19 points.   I think Randy was around 15

306, row 14
I had a 14 point week, which isn't bad but I was hoping for more. Poulter trying to play the ball out of the water on 11 and subsequently taking a quad cost me at least 2 points. If he just took the drop on the first place and wound up with a double bogey, he's in at T10. Oh well, happy with how my team is playing thus far.

Although there is a tie in points this week, the lead spot goes to Ezemerson due to guys playing tiebreaker, and because these rankings are a jinx.

One negative with the guys I projected as every week pluggers instead suddenly having big years, is suddenly no one is playing in events like this

Yeah Cantlay basically got Trot Nixoned.  Fractured a bone in his back, but it was not diagnosed for months.  I think they finally diagnosed it late last year,  no idea when he will return

Ok I guess I'm the only one watching this weekend but I got one more post....Loupe's pre shot routine is mind numbing

Nope, I'm watching.  Just aggravated that my team from last year is doing better than my team this year.  Fuck you Pat Perez, David Lingmerth, Ryan Palmer, Carl Petterson and Justin Hicks.  It's amazing.  If you add Steve Stricker to that list, and swap out Carl Petterson for any other first rounder taken last year besides him, my team would have been pretty good.

As for this week, Bowditch is blowing up.  Already blew his 3 shot lead on the front 9, and he's now tied with the Kooch.  Wouldn't mind seeing my boy Zach Johnson make a little run.  Considering how bad he's played this week, the fact that he's only 4 back is kind of incredible.

Edit:  Scratch that.  Bogey by Johnson, 5 back.  GJGE.

Holy shit.  Kuchar just skulled one out of the green side bunker into the woods.  I haven't seen that from a PGA player in years, but it's pretty much something you see every day on every public course.  He's going to drop at least one, could be many more.

Kuchar somehow found his ball.  I have no idea how he could possibly have a shot from there, but I think he might try to do something.  Could be a miracle or a disaster.

Loupe chunked his out of the bunker too, and had it roll back down to his feet.  He's looking at a 5-6 footer for par.  Kuchar has about 50 feet for par, and Bowditch has a short birdie putt.  Could be a two stroke swing in Bowditch's favor here.

They are now talking about Loupe's pace of play.  The final group has been on the course for just under 2 hours, and they are still on the 5th green.  That's horrible. Loupe makes par, Kuchar makes bogey and Bowditch makes the birdie on the short, driveable par 4.  Back to 2 shot lead for Bowditch.

Man Sundays are just a bloodbath for Pat Perez. Barring a late birdie, his last 2 Sundays will be a total over 160, and the last 4 weeks he is 21 over on Sundays,  and one of those weeks he shot even par.

I had two guys tie for 6th.  Would have been nice if either of them could have gotten into the top 5 with one more shot.  Also had 2 others make the cut, but don't think 12 points will cut it.

I take that back, 12 might be enough.  I just checked the guys with people that finished higher than my two 6th place finishers and I don't think they had 12.  Anyone have more?

Happy for Bowditch for two reasons...One because of his story and troubled past and two because that's 15 points no one gets haha

Yeah I had 11 points. My streak of being decidedly middle of the pack while also not winning a single dollar continues.

I think it's going to be Lupe.  He has McKenzie who came in 2nd, and Spieth, who was 10th and Hoffman who was 11th.
