Ok, that was easy. The BIG winners have been paid, and I have yet to hear from EZ and KGB, who are up more than the entry fee. And I haven't heard from a few people who are under 100 dollars in winnings. If I don't hear from you, I'll assume you want to roll things over. But if you want the full amount of money, let me know.

Also, if you want me to Paypal, give me your Email address. And if you want a check, let me know your full name so I can address the envelope accurately and not send it to a screen name.

Just tossing it out there but is there any interest in getting in a few extra tournaments? We started at the AT&T Pebble Beach Invt. last year.  Below is the list of tournaments in 2015 before that one.

1/5 - 1/12 - Hyundai Tournament of Champions
1/12 - 1/18 - Sony Open
1/19 - 1/25 - Humana Challenge
1/26 - 2/1 - Waste Management Phoenix Open
2/2 - 2/8 - Farmers Open

2/9 - 2/15 - AT&T Pebble Beach

Probably won't work with payouts and such, and I like to use the beginning of the year to gauge players, but who knows I thought there was a little talk of this last year, and for reference we finished the draft last year I believe 1/30 after starting on 1/16 so took about 2 weeks.

I like starting earlier but that would require a draft over the holiday's. This is good with me but it might be tough for some people. We should do something like start the draft in mid December, which would give us a lot of time.

Roll me over. Don't like starting earlier. The season already tails off at the end as people fall out of contention. We need relegation!

You'll have a 25 dollar credit heading into next season.

So we could start earlier, and the payouts could be the same if we included more than 20 people.

I guess the options are a) start earlier and let anyone in to bump the payouts or b) start at the same time and keep it to 20 to have the $50 payouts and $100 for majors or c) keep the same schedule but let more people in to bump the payouts.  I don't care which way we choose but I was a fan of waiting til AT&T to scout...

Last year I wanted to keep it to 20 to keep the 50 payouts and give everyone the chance to pick one or two good players, but I do think there are diamonds that people can choose.  For example, if we allowed 5 more people in we could give the winner $300, 2nd their money back, and $50 to something silly (worst pick, fedex winner, whatever).

I'd love to keep it as is, personally. I think we have a good thing going here.

We could keep 20 players, start early and just count the points towards the yearly standings and not start the weekly payouts until Pebble.

If we did start early, I would suggest starting at the Sony. The TOC is a 30 man field which would kind of suck as the first event of the year. Maybe draft the first week and a half of January and start counting points at the Sony?

Another solution would be to change the majors to $50 payout and add the 4 additional tourneys starting with the Sony. I think people like the extra $ for majors though. My vote is for status quo.

Only options I could come up with...

A) Make buy in $110 - add 4 tournaments at $50 keep everything the same.

B) Reduce majors to $75 and add 2 tournaments

C) If it isn't broken don't change it.

This is probably my favorite fantasy event I am involved in and I think 20 participants works perfectly.

I'd probably vote for C, but A would be doable as well. I hate the idea of lowering the payout for majors though.

I like the idea of starting earlier. Keeping it at 20 participants and bumping pay-in to $110 seems to work pretty well to keep things as close to as they have been while expanding the schedule a bit.

I also like the additional money for majors because it adds strategy to the draft.  Folks need to consider foreign players who play a more limited PGA schedule but play in the majors.

But then again I am 0 for 2 years so take that for what it's worth.

Sorry I haven't been around lately, but John, just go ahead and roll over my $100.

I'm fine with bumping to $110 and adding tournaments or the status quo.  The more tournaments, the better, as far as I'm concerned.

I'm 100% dead set against adding people though.  It's already scraping the bottom of the barrel with 160 players drafted, and frankly, I don't want to have to research guys that are likely to make 1 cut this year.

bumping this thread as we are getting towards the holidays and wondering if drafting will start early January. I also need to send John $50 more. Not sure when we did the draft order, but having some time to think of a plan and rank players is always helpful to me.
