On rewind... Left foot stays as pivot. Right takes step simultaneous to catch, then pivots on left towards baseline, right takes another step, ball is dribbled between 2nd and 3rd right step then left moves off pivot.

The right was under 2 steps but regardless the left was on pivot. Plus this is the NBA where travel is a fucking non call 99% of the time. Same ref that T'd him up I believe. Hope that dudes ego is okay
