They were skating by on games much closer than expected even when starting 10-1. It seems Sirianni is a bad head caoch and both main coordinators (hired away by ARI & IND) were the actual brains.

I also think Hurts is not quite a A-tier QB, more like B+, but it's hard to tell right now.
