They have 13/15 seconds left. How many TOs are they going to call that close to the end zone given they'll probably be passing?
I mean the way it played out is kind of exactly the point, right? With 15 seconds left and two time outs you can run two plays in bounds, but with one time out you can only run one. If you have a guy at the 5 yard line you can go for it, because even if he's stopped short, you still have the time out. I'm not saying it makes a huge difference, but I do think it mattered.
