I’m with you. I keep waiting for him to get laid out and he’s so short and athletic that it never happens.I have a visceral reaction every time I see Hill make a catch. I don't think I've ever disliked an active player more, in any sport.

I don't usually root for injuries but in his case I make an exception. I'm absolutely hoping one day to see him make one of those signature cuts and just have his ACL or Achilles pop.I’m with you. I keep waiting for him to get laid out and he’s so short and athletic that it never happens.
A non-contact injury wouldn’t even do it for me. I want to see a Ronnie Lott or Chuck Cecil destruction of Hill over the middle, preferably as he dances around after catching the ball over the middle and then just gets pummeled by some safety.I don't usually root for injuries but in his case I make an exception. He’s been letting Folk take lots of 50 plus yard kicks, actually, even in situations where they don’t need to kick.Reid rolls the dice and wins. BB punts in that scenario.
Was there an eligible receiver there? He was out of the pocket but the pass definitely didn’t get back to the LOS.Thats a shit grounding call.
There was one close, plus he wasn’t really avoiding a sack. It was a bad play by Bridgewater because he was out of the pocket and could have just chucked it out of bounds. But that doesn’t usually get called. Was there an eligible receiver there? He was out of the pocket but the pass definitely didn’t get back to the LOS.
Ah, got it.There was one close, plus he wasn’t really avoiding a sack. It was a bad play by Bridgewater because he was out of the pocket and could have just chucked it out of bounds. But that doesn’t usually get called.
That's exactly how i see it. The one confounding factor here is that Baltimore apparently was out of CBs....otherwise, and perhaps still, i'd think as the clearly better team they should like OT better than a coin-flip chance.I think a good team should expect to execute better over a series of plays versus a single play, considering how much variance there is in a single play. I think it makes a lot more sense for bad teams to go for 2 in that situation.
And if Mahomes did that exact play, I doubt there would be a flag. There was one close, plus he wasn’t really avoiding a sack. It was a bad play by Bridgewater because he was out of the pocket and could have just chucked it out of bounds. But that doesn’t usually get called.
I think it depends on the team and players involved and ref crew.I still don't know what a catch is. I keep trying.
I'm not sure that even looking at it through that lens would grant me the consistent understanding I crave.I think it depends on the team and players involved and ref crew.
This. Id take the 15 yards. He does this constantly and it’s infuriating. Will someone PLEASE blast Mahomes out of bounds on the sideline? Once?
LOL. That is probably true also.I'm not sure that even looking at it through that lens would grant me the consistent understanding I crave.
The decision to go for 2 makes a lot more sense considering the injuries situation, which I wasn't aware of.That's exactly how i see it.
