I can’t wait for every media idiot to overreact and think the Ravens are a top team. Basically everyone playing the Fins will look like a Super Bowl team.
Yep, it’s been a criminally poor performance for that defense. Free release, no chance.

AB’s debut next week though! Oh my. Ohhhh my. A date indeed next Sunday.

Odell, instead of going OB, just fucking dances and Nantz has an orgasm, while Odell runs backwards and the half ends.

Why does red zone keep saying that the winner of Bills/Jets will be the team to challenge New England this year? No one not named KC has a shot.

Houston. Pittsburgh. There are other teams who could find a way to get it done. But NE and KC are division 1 by a good amount. No doubt.

I want to root for them but I’m also really curious to see what happens if this Browns team starts the year slowly. With all the built up expectations the pressure will be huge. Not sure if that collective group of personalities can handle adversity or not.

I’m not sure why people are bearish on the Ravens. They were easily the best team in that division statistically, the Steelers got a lot worse, and while the Browns got a lot better, the gap between them and the Ravens last year was huge.

Also, beating the snot out of bad teams is what good teams do. The Dolphins are bad, but they won’t lose by five touchdowns every week.

Years ago, FO found exactly that: taking care of business with weak teams was more highly correlated with quality teams than was beating other good teams, as those games are more likely to turn on something incidental because the teams are close in quality.

I agree. How down the NFL cameras not have an angle right in the line from both sides
Belichick is in staunch agreement. Like there’s not enough money for them-and they provide a great angle anyway.

The Jets’ entire O-line was downfield on that TD play.

Obvious caveats apply but PFF figured Baltimore to have the best secondary this season. Solid, underrated front seven. Maybe some WR questions, sure, but a solid OL too. They would expect some kind of jump for Jackson too, given a full year now under his belt and no job competition.

Also, as the meme notes, it’s the basic NFL media. Andrews doesn’t appeal to the common fan as a breakout TE. But Cleveland with names like OBJ, Landry that are household because fantasy? That sells, even if the numbers and film support what you and Rev have pointed out.

People are unsure on the Raven because no one is sure how Jackson will be over a full season.

Red Zone is a mess, how do people like watching this? They are trying to show to much when it happens instead of staying on one game and showing the rest maybe 2 minutes later.

There's a lot going on. And it's the first week, Hanson sat out the preseason. He needs real time reps.

It’s great if you have a main screen with one game on.

That was a Bortles-level throw by Matty Ice.

I always get confused watching games where they refer to Ian Eagle.

Great movie.

Announcer in Jets game says Jets fans hope for 10 years of "Darnold to Bell". Bell is 27. I hope this happens.

Jaguars giving KC a lot of help that they don’t need.
