Whenever I see Jaylin Williams play I can’t help but think Rick Brunson isn’t his father.

Really? That’s the best they could come up with for a state slogan? Not ”Where the wind comes sweeping down the plain”? Or “The circus has been here twice”?

Got no chance against “The Hub of the Universe” or “The Athens of America” or “Sully! You suck!”

4:30 PDT start.
"Tornado Alley?"
"Tumbleweed Paradise?"
"North Texas?"

Zinger having himself a half

17-9-3 with three blocks and a steal.

Giddey is the only guy doing much for OKC. Put me in the camp that thinks the kid is good.

And 3 of 3 from 3. KP looks like he is having fun playing basketball.

Hard to imagine Giddey staying in OKC, though. Should be interesting to see who grabs him. We'll probably see some player/pick movement this offseason that will make some places likelier landing spots. Atlanta if they trade Young, for example.

I will say, I'm glad the Celts don't have to run the OKC/Denver/Minnesota gauntlet to get to the finals. Whoever comes out of the West could be pretty beaten up by the time they reach the finals.

agreed—-he should be a primary ball handler. And that won’t happen in okc.

I know he played college ball there and maybe ownership forces it but presti is too smart to take on Trae’s act.

I'm thinking more along the lines of Trae being traded to the Lakers or Spurs, opening up a spot for Giddey in Atlanta.

6 liveball turnovers. No bueno.

Brown has been massaging his left hand all game and that might be an issue for him on these turnovers. My guess is they shut him down for a bit after this game.

That possession a minute ago where PP actually initiated and Tatum popped and drive quickly …. Where has that been for the last 3 seasons?

Someday they’re going to get rid of the refs, and it will be like when they did away with smoking on planes or exact change toll booth buckets where, after having been around forever, the moment they were gone it was hard to believe they ever existed.

Some crazy time travel shit going on here. It's the first half of the season when the Thunder have the ball, and the second half when Boston has the ball.
