Real Betis suck, are in last place in La Liga, and barring multiple, simultaneous miracles, will almost definitely be relegated in a few weeks' time. Paulão is a center back on that team. This is his story.
On Sunday Paulão and co. played Rayo Vallecano. They lost 3-1, and as you can see from the video above, it was almost all Paulão's fault.

My kid's school played in the Class A (small school) state championships on Saturday.   There were down nil-2 in the second half. Here are the two goals to tie the game. They won in 2nd overtime period 4-2.

Do most goalies have the leg to do this? Is it a technique thing? I know most goal kicks only go 10-15 yards past midfield, but punts do seem to go farther.

That Garrincha goal is awesome.  Outside of foot around the wall and inside the post.  Audacious to even try, although I know that team did a lot of that stuff.

Yeah, the "wtf" reaction of the Bulgarian players is great.
 
That Beckenbauer strike is also pretty amazing given that its on his weak foot, the keeper is pretty well positioned to that side of the net and still gets beat, and that keeper is Lev Yashin.

A lot of strong contenders in that lineup.  I just couldn't get over the bizarre Adryan spasmodic flop several seconds after hitting the ground and rolling over, even if there was a foul originally.  So that got my vote.

Either him or Gonzalez are the most egregious but Robben's was the most important.

I think I'd go with Suarez, although that Gonzalez one with Wondo also is a real contender to me. In all the others, there's at least some amount of contact, however negligible (and in Ronaldo's case, negligible is maybe too strong).  It's only in these two where the guy chooses to do something card worthy on his own, then has the audacity to act as if the bad thing happened to them.
