Here's a random one for consideration.

2012 home opener vs the Cardinals. My first ever Patriots game at Gillette. They just destroyed Tennessee on the road for the season opener. Yet somehow, in a season they would go on to win 12-4 and the Cards would go 5-11, Pats lost an ugly one at home.

Maybe not number one, but feels like at least top 5 or so for me.

My bad. I always thought that loss bothered me more than most .
