technical support needed: install dropbox successfully and I will pay you

I'm done and sick of this.  
 
I just got a new computers, Lenovo G50, Windows 8, and for whatever reason dropbox will not install/sync/link on my computer.  Options are grayed out...I'm sick of this.
 
I think the issue is
 
Dropbox is installing to appdata --> roaming
 
Unable to specify where it installs. Attempted to install older version 2.9.51 to see if this would help.
 
If someone can install this successfully I will pay you.  Please PM me.
