Has anyone tried this thing? It seems a little gimmicky and I'm wondering if it's engaging enough for a kid to really be interested enough in it to work on improving their handle.
Never used it, but I''m like 90% sure I saw this product, perhaps by its initial inventor, on one of those "shark tank" type shows...possibly the Canada or UK variant.

generally this stuff is a waste o time. It doesn't do much a chair and a yardstick can't do.
But sometimes kids really like something and they put in the time. That is the possible value, that a kid will really like it. I mean I bought a net for my kid to hit off a tee, and if was no better than a tarp over the closeline (he was 11) but he liked it a lot more and did more reps.
I would only get this if it is possible to return. But, it may fire a kid up.
