Pens getting away with MURDER on the ice right now. Refs have been unacceptable. Still, great win here, onto Game 7.

This series is awful to watch. Whoever wins it is going to get their ass kicked next round.
I was worried I was just being a homer. But, I have to agree. Montreal and Boston are far more organized and systematic, though Boston is easily the toughest of the remaining four teams. Moore had Crosby's jersey in his hand for a solid 25 seconds and only Kunitz showed up to bail out Crosby. That would never happen with the Bruins.

#66 is going to go in to the Pens locker room and glare at all of them like they are all sh!t. It has already happened. The pressure is quadruple upon the Penguins.

Awesome. This is the 3rd water bottle squirting incident of THIS ROUND (Perry on Carter, Thornton on Subban). I don't remember any others ever, although I'm sure this stuff has always gone on.

There was that time when Claude Lemieux grabbed Mike Vernon's water bottle and took a drink. That guy really was a pioneer of douchebaggery.

For the first time this playoffs the same refs are working back to back games. Referees Marc Joannette and Kevin Pollock are back for game 7 after working game 6.

That was the first game the Pens lost with Pollock reffing in like the last 10 or something strange like that. I don't know what that means but I thought it was mildly interesting.

(I looked it up, they had won 11 in a row with Pollock reffing)

The way the game was called, it did seem like the Rangers were on the short end of the, uh, stick on most of the penalty decisions.

The Rangers power play has been pretty good the last 3 games, certainly much better than Pittsburgh's.

honestly I don't care either way. I think both should be easier matchups for the Bruins than Montreal was. If the Bruins get by tomorrow that is

Avoiding Crosby & Malkin would be my preference but I'm not taking Boston's Game Seven for granted. At all.

Crosby and Malkin are both steaming piles of shit like most of the rest of the club - I would think you would want to avoid the goalie who can steal a series by himself.  I will give you a hint - that's not Pittsburgh's.

I agree with this. Also, this Rangers team has been completely different with a few days of rest AND getting Kreider back. Not sure the Rangers are the better option, here, although Boston did murder them in the regular season.

Fair points. Boston swept the Rangers 3-0 including a nice 6-3 win. 2-1 against Pittsburgh and the Pens have had our number in recent years. I feel more comfortable against the Rags. But let's just win tomorrow night.

Bruins will sweep either of these joooookes (read with Canadian accent.) It will make it all the maddening if they don't win tomorrow night.
