Late goals aside this game was a bowl of hot soup on a cold day. Finally feels like they’ve arrived to the playoffs and are ready to go.

Massive win. Seems like they shook off the bug, cleaned up the turnovers after the 1st, and played their game.

What a great game the Bs played (except at the end). Mort Report is quite right that no lead is ever safe. That said, tonight we showed that we are a (much) better team. Good to see them play as they can.

And the process of blowing the whistle rule is a reason to call a goal back, not the other way around. That fucking whistle blew, then had a sandwich.

He can blow a tune on that whistle all night long in his hotel room for all I care. A win's been banked.

In the simulacrum
I'd love to see all the lines the Bruins threw out there tonight. Seemed like a creative one for the coaches.

Coyle is such a beast.
Hall with a great game, damn was he good.
Marchand had a great game too.
Bertuzzi was fantastic.

And nobody seemed to suck.

Really nice adjustments from the coaches and from the players: defenders stepping up into the play to stop the rush and then after the first, getting an approach to get out of their own zone better and make Florida pay up the middle.

What a difference.
