Tom Brady is a Pro Bowler for the ninth time in his career. The New England Patriots quarterback was one of four players from New England named to the Pro Bowl. Offensive guard Logan Mankins, cornerback Aqib Talib and special teamer Matthew Slater also made it.

I don't think Brady deserved it over say Ben Roethlisburger or even Andy Dalton. Hopefully we don't see any Patriots playing in the Pro-Bowl.

Desean Jackson deserves to be on that roster. But I'm over worrying about such things.

I would also think kelce and Mathis from the Eagles deserve serious consideration.

Foles is a more interesting discussion as he hasn't played all year but his numbers are pretty compelling. I think between not playing enough and the name recognition issues he never had much of a chance.

I'm sorry, but this is one of the most ridiculous things I've read in here in a long long time. The Patriots struggle to win 8 games with Roethlisberger, and probably don't win 5 with Dalton.

Ghost and Chandler Jones are the two snubs -- neither is egregious, but both may feel disappointed.

I think McCourty was probably closer than Jones. Barnwell had him on his second team all pro list and that was excluding a strong/free safety definition (so top 4 in NFL).

So, what's their point? Both meaningless games draw equally.

It was on in a bar I was at last night competing for attention with a PBR (bull riding) rodeo. People were watching the PBR.

Cleveland has 5 Pro Bowlers, or 1 more than their amount of wins.

Kansas City had two wins and seven Pro Bowlers in 2012.

Based on this flimsy connection, I predict Cleveland wins the AFC North next year.
