No way in hell you can look at Giroud's reaction and not think he's concussed. How much longer are the FA going to ignore concussions?

West Ham has totally parked the bus. How many shots is it now that haven't even been close to making it through on goal?

I thought Tomkins got the worst of it and when he got up looked pretty fuckin groggy.

Edit: i think that the Hammers having had some Europa football it's got them up to speed, even though it didn't really work out results wise.

The last time we shit the bed, during the home opener, we got Ozil. Hopefully this will lead to Benezema

Cech makes two bad mistakes, our play is a bit sloppy, and we can't finish anything despite having probably 10+ real chances to score.  That's not how anybody would want to start but its just one match.  Credit to West Ham though for taking their chances and defending well once ahead.

Hopefully Benzema wasn't watching!

I'm sorry to rant but the EPL's treatment of concussions is downright prehistoric. Those two dudes in no way, shape or form Gould have played again today.

Was really looking forward to see Firmino play.

Yeah, I'm a little surprised to see him and Moreno on the bench (also on the bench: Bogdan, Toure, Can, Origi, Ings).  The Brodge seems to love Lovren again, so the Toure omission wasn't a shocker, even if I'm not sure what the reasoning is.

Or your could just, you know, try to not be wrong about shit. Like earlier this week when sachmoney was playing the fool when you were right about the Arse.

Speaking of the Arse, the red on the inside legs of their shorts looks like they've had a collective menses accident.

Are we really going to do this? First of all it was a joke and second of all I'm not exactly reaching when talking about the Kop losing its collective shit every time a player in red manages to trip on a blade of grass.  I'm not sure your award that literally no one knows or cares about has any bearing on the matter, but congratulations, they weren't carving swastikas into the pitch at Anfield last season.  Jeter also won DPOY awards, etc etc.

I won't belabor it because this is dumb even by message board standards, but i'm pretty flabbergasted to be even in disagreement about this.  The Kop is notorious for being on the refs the entire match.

You got bent out of shape because I countered your WICKED BANTZ with a fact, calling me a fanboy in the process, when your entire position on things like FFP can be boiled down to "it helps my financially doped petroclub."

So I guess, yeah, we are going to do this as long as you keep fucking that banter chicken.

Stoke players were complaining to the ref about a free kick awarded two feet from the corner flag when the alternative was a corner kick for Liverpool.

Liverpool is not linking up the central players and the wide players. Lallana also seems to be spending a ton of time in the middle of the pitch, and with Milner playing up with the attacking MFs, they're on top of each other.

LFC have been rotated around to the right, with Ibe practically on the touchline and Lallana leaving Gomez uncovered. I'd like to see them flip Lallana and Ibe, giving Ibe a chance to either push back Johnson or take advantage of his misconception that he can join the attack without getting owned due to his almost nonexistent pace. At the very least they need to give Gomez help or get him off--he's made two critical errors.

Yeah, having Gomez and Lovren together on the left side has not inspired a great deal of confidence. Fortunately, it's been Glen Johnson trying to take advantage of them.
