Your reverse-jinxing has reached all-time levels. This is 100% intuition but I think Arsenal won the league today
Game was over till Raya let Spurs back in. Game should have ended 3+ to 0.Spurs weirdly outplayed Arsenal. Tough to lose that one.
I mean if we’re going to do this nonsense, then it’s a clear penalty on Kulu in the box, which VAR are too much of cowards to look at because Saka scored.Game was over till Raya let Spurs back in. Game should have ended 3+ to 0.
Nothing I said was nonsense, the game was dead and in the ground till Raya gifted Spurs a goal.I mean if we’re going to do this nonsense, then it’s a clear penalty on Kulu in the box, which VAR are too much of cowards to look at because Saka scored.
Reverse that and Spurs win 3-2.
Come on now.
Not a reverse jinx attempt at all. Arsenal have been the most consistent team all season and defend like a championship team. Helps a ton with variance and it shows in the GD.Your reverse-jinxing has reached all-time levels.
I thoughts Spurs played well enough to win. Weird game.
I think we'll look back at today as the best opportunity for City to drop points but unfortunately Chris Wood couldn't finish his dinner. Not a reverse jinx attempt at all. I don’t think City can avoid dropping points. We concede too many goals and someone will 0-0 or 1-1 us on the run in. But in my mind if Arsenal were not mentally ready for this then this was the match they’d have leaked points and given City a cushion. I was playing this morning so I couldn’t watch but getting the full 3 here was a massive result for putting maximum pressure on a City squad that hasn’t really found form all season and is really struggling with availability down the stretch
They do have four games in 15 days... and Fulham and Tottenham are three days apart, both matches are away. Not sure if any team is up to tying or beating City at the moment, but at least the title race is interesting.I think we'll look back at today as the best opportunity for City to drop points but unfortunately Chris Wood couldn't finish his dinner.
Going back to playing only once a week will help City a lot and I expect you to take care of business the next couple weekends. Had you played Spurs last weekend, I think you would probably have stumbled, given how dead the City squad looked after 120 minutes against Madrid. But I would bet on a rejuvenated City taking all three points against them in the last week, especially if they are out of the CL fight by then. The players are professionals and will try their hardest but that stadium will be like a library if a Spurs result hands Arsenal the title, it won't be a normal away atmosphere.
Fulham and Spurs away on short rest will be tricky. Fulham haven’t had much for results but they’re playing really good football and would have punished City today where wood didn’t. We are just giving up way too many chances.I think we'll look back at today as the best opportunity for City to drop points but unfortunately Chris Wood couldn't finish his dinner.

As has been said more than a few times.. both Saka and Martinelli were not 100% against City..and it definitely showed with Saka. I think the tactics were because of that rather than as a strategy of choice.Fulham and Spurs away on short rest will be tricky. I still think you all could and should have put us to bed in the head to head. Playing for the draw there didn’t sit right with me then and you’d be in control now. I think you had more than enough to overturn us even away

Edit: also not sure that Arsenal won't drop points against United.
Yeah.. that was a brutal stretch and I agree that's where they lost it..if it is lost.Just don't think you can find much fault in taking 4 pts from City. If Arsenal fall short it will be because of 0 pts in December from Villa, West Ham, and Fulham.
Drink.Take a drink every time Spurs concede a set piece goal.
