That aside, I'm confused as to what this forum is for now. The top 10 threads have 5 links to new site, a dope telling people to stop trolling, 3 team threads, and a thread about Rob Bironas.
Is all Pats related discussion supposed to be on new site?
Kenny F'ing Powers said:BbtL is the same. There are just some SoSH members that are writing articles Football Central. Those specific members are also providing links to their articles, just as we would if we were to link articles from ESPN, DeadSpin, or anywhere else.

KFP - thank you. That was the clearest explanation of Football Central that I have seen, so far. (DrewDawg was not the only one confused by this.)
Also, I want to echo the "Thank you for doing this" (Football Central). I have learned a lot from the posters here, and I feel like that adds to my enjoyment of the game. (or it would, if the actual games didn't make me want to punch a hobo...)

In all seriousness, I'd love it if somebody could shed light on (a) why Nate Solder has regressed so badly and (b) why we're struggling so much in the running game on defense.
Just a couple suggestions!

Thanks man. I'm slammed with work for the immediate future but might try to pitch in down the line with something.SeoulSoxFan said:
Always liked your posts MMS -- hope you can find some time to contribute to the FC side.

When we start Futbol Central, you will be writing the Arsenal stuff and the Jorge Mendes profiles.

interesting site. not hysterical, well researched and thoughtful. the exact opposite of nfl coverage elsewhere.

I very much appreciate FC, it is indeed a formal representation of the great and substantive content already abundant in BBtL. I have been lurking for over a decade and in that time my knowledge and appreciation for football has leveled up continuously (as have my standards). Thanks to the team for your obvious extra effort on this. The amount & rate of quality content posting up already is staggering.soxfan121 said:
That's pretty much what we're aiming for, so thanks for passing it along.
Can do.( . ) ( . ) and (_!_) said:I'd appreciate something looking at wilforks performance this season. I think if you put a poll out on the board right now it'd come up 50/50 between "Wilfork is back!" And "Wilfork has taken a step back!"
Lots of noise and dissenting opinions in game threads and other threads with some saying Wilfork looks great and some saying he is getting pushed around. To my untrained and un-coaches filmed eye he looks pretty darn good to me.
He is probably somewhere in between those two extremes. But I'd love to hear what the tape shows.

May be a nitpick but it just sticks out and for a long article of research seems out of place to get the nickname wrong and have it in the title and referenced a number of times.
This year they've scored 37 points in the 4Q and 150 in the other 3, slightly below average. They are scoring 1.85 points per possession in the 4Q vs. 2.38 in the entire game (including 4Q). I stripped out kneel-down possessions.ifmanis5 said:Can anyone do a study on Pats 4th qtr scoring? Feels like this has been a problem for some time. Or am I just imagining it? You have a PM, but basically, that's for our Benevolent Overlord AlNipper49 to answer.

This was just number crunching, no real game analysis for situation, etc.
