My mother in law had a heart attack several years ago on Christmas morning and my BIL and SIL administered CPR for 15 minutes. Incredibly, she not only survived, but didn't suffer any brain damage or anything. It was a credit to my BIL and SIL and it's an absolute miracle that she turned out to be just fine after all that.
