Just gave up 3 fucking points in the division. Unfuckingbelieveable. That's a terrible god damned loss.
Had a tough day that began to look up with that 2nd period... All you gotta do is keep 4 out of your own net. Fuckers.
What's frustrating is that there's no singular part of the team that seems to be pulling them down. Just a team-wide malaise where they don't seem to be able to play a full 60.
1 for 11 on the season. I know we laugh at the shootout but at some point they've got to try something else. I assume they work on it in practice? Do a quick lineup at the end of every practice? Something? Anything?
They practice it and goalie coach Bob Essensa prepares a shootout scouting report on the opposition goalies for each. Maybe his reports suck or something but for whatever reason they just seem to suck at it. Pastrnak is one of the like 5 best goal scorers on the planet and he is 3-18. I’m a bit at a loss for their shootout scoring woes.
Yep. That's totally what I said. Thumbs up. Nothing wrong, might as well keep doing the same thing and just throwing away points in shootouts all year.
It should be near impossible to blow a four goal lead in 20 minutes. That’s fucking embarrassing.
