It looks like our only hope for a share of the Ivy title rests with Yale.  Harvard's next two games are against Columbia and Penn.  Columbia flat-out stinks (shocking!) - they haven't won a game all season.  Penn stinks slightly less, having notched one win...against Columbia.

Yeah, tough to root for the Yalies here, but I guess that's the nature of the beast right now. That Harvard squad is just a machine these days.

It's nice to see the Big Green enjoying a good season. I was able to watch some of the game out here in Indiana, which is a rarity (thank you, SNY). The weather brings back great memories. I don't think I ever missed a home game in my four years on campus. It's easy to walk across the street from the house, and hosting 'tails at halftime was always a bonus.

This year's squad seems to have a number of good athletes at the skill positions on both offense and defense.

Rooting for the Eli; the Big Green will face a traditionally stiff test from Princeton to close things out.

I've been able to watch all of the games this year through the Ivy League Digital Network.  If you're not familiar with that, it's a new service they just launched that streams just about every major Ivy sport.  You can sign up for the whole league, or just a single school, and the whole year or just part of it.  I signed up for four months of Dartmouth sports for $34.95, which gets me football season and a chunk of basketball and hockey season.  I'm able to stream it from my iPhone to my TV through my Apple TV, which is nice.  The quality is pretty good overall, though not on par with a full-blown HD broadcast (you get some signal degradation from time to time).  Still, it's been worth it for the price.

Yale has a shot against Harvard. We're certainly desperate for a win against them - 1-11 in the last 12 years if I'm not mistaken. High powered offense has been clicking on all cylinders this year with great (for the Ivy League) talent at all the skill positions, highlighted by a great set of RBs. We're 1st in the FCS in yardage/game. Unfortunately our defense has managed to keep a lot of our games competitive.

I feel like I have battered wife syndrome when it comes to Yale-Harvard. I sure hope this year is different, but I guess I'll believe it when I see it.

Dartmouth looking pretty dominant so far against Cornell. If it weren't for an inexplicable decision to run the option out wide on 4th and goal from the 1/2 yard line they'd be up 28-7 instead of 21-7.

I wish McManus weren't a senior, but with Dalyn Williams under center again next year, I think they've got a good shot at the title.

Well, Yale made it interesting at the end. Sucks that they couldn't pull out the win, but they made it an exciting finish. I really enjoyed this season, and I think Dartmouth is going to be a powerhouse next season as well.

On to basket...oh, never mind.

Finishing second to this Harvard team is nothing to be ashamed of for the program.  Other than Harvard, they dominated just about every minute of every other Ivy League game except for a close one against Yale.  Should be in good position to go down to Harvard for payback next year.
