Worked in Chrome here, FWIW. The plays chosen were both good Pats plays, and often very embarrassing Jets plays, particularly the Wilson audible into a run that gets smoked.
Yep, it was fun to revisit that. Interesting to hear BB blame "the operation" for a FG miss, that's as close as I can remember hearing him come to pointing a finger at a player.

That design on the INT is pretty sick... they rush 4, but because of how they structured it the 5 Olineman are blocking the 2 DL and both DBs blitzing are up against a single RB... so Mitch has to get it out fast. None of the 4 WRs has made a break yet, it might as well be 4 verts at that point.

I'd missed seeing the Zeke TD - they definitely got away with a pick there, right? HH is well beyond 1 yard, engages with his defender, and slides his legs backwards, creating "traffic" as BB said.

No way. A) Henry doesn’t even make contact and B) the run happens around the 10, barely more than a yard beyond the LOS. That would have been a horrible call.

I think it's closer to a penalty than you might think. Since one can slow down the play with their player, here's a Youtube link:

LOS is the 11.5. Henry's at the 10 when he slows up on his route, impeding 38's path to Zeke. The ball doesn't leave Zappe's hand until after 38 is impeded, who does push Henry to go around him prior to the pass. In basketball, that's a classic pick, and totally legal. In football, I guess it's so close to 1 yard that they could give em a miss, but it seems very clear that HH is not really running a route, and doesn't use his movement to get 24 and 38 to impede one another.

My impression is that it's not close to a penalty because HH never touches the guy.

@CFB_Rules ?

Barmore has gotten really good at using his hands. He will not let the OL get into his chest. I didn't notice it live.

Interesting to me were the two Parker receptions were super similar. It takes both timing and trust between the QB and receiver to deliberately underthrow the route in order to allow the ball to be on the descent and received such that tight, face-to-face coverage won't stop the ball from landing in the receiver's arm. Surtain had excellent traditional coverage on both plays, and it's risky to let it drop in low like that. I don't think Zappe is allowed to throw that ball if he's not the starter, as that took practice to sort out.
