Josh Johnson is headed under the knife for his third Tommy John surgery and will miss all of 2016.
 
This has to be the first player to have 3 of these procedures, right?
 
He was a hell of a pitcher when he was healthy.
 
Will anyone even give him another chance or is he going to have to pitch in the Atlantic League first?

Isringhausen had three Tommy John surgeries.

Jonny Venters also had three, but I don't think he's yet returned to pitching since his third.
