It’s just….I get Dalbec in the lineup with all the injuries and no other options. But why 5th?!?!?!?

It was, problem is we needed a serious team and a half. This is not a serious team.
Dude is hard to figure. He swings at some absolutely horrible pitches and then seems to be afraid to swing and miss at pitches he should be trying to protect against. To Bobby's credit, that was a great pitch for strike three.
Injuries, like the ones to Story and Devers, are serious as all get out, and make the difference between acceptable and not. This is not a serious team.
Yeah I’m not mad at him or anything but the dude just can‘t hitTravis Shaw’s career ended for less but we’re stuck with Bobby D.
Edit: Not his fault and I feel for him but he doesn’t belong anywhere near an MLB roster at this point.

prom night?I feel like Yoshida has had a few balls that come down just in front of the wall.
some serious similarities thereI wonder if Middlebrooks would be a worse option at this point than Dalbec
Dalbec is now 0 for 31 going back to the end of the 2023 season.Holliday: 0-11, 0 BB, 7Ks. But 2 R, 1 RBI.
Dalbec: 0-16, 0BB, 10Ks.
I never really embraced the idea that cross-season streaks had any validity.Dalbec is now 0 for 31 going back to the end of the 2023 season.
Would you accept his starting the inning with a reliever warming?Bello settles down, takes care of business. At 90 pitches in five innings early in the season, it's time to pull him.
Except Will goes home to Jenny Dell.some serious similarities there
Yeah the way the pen has been maybe even a batter or two would help.Would you accept his starting the inning with a reliever warming?
