Rogers Park
I just took a new job south of the Loop in Chicago, and one of the things I'm really looking forward to is going to a bunch of random weeknight ballgames for cheap on my way home. So I will see the Odious Rays in person against the Other Sox in a couple of weeks.

I stubhubbed a single ticket behind home plate, like 25 rows up, for like $29 plus (exorbitant) service fees.

Th condensed version of this game is going to exactly the same as the full game at this rate.

13k attendance. Lame ass kitten as their--what? Second, third mascot? And STILL in this shitty dome.
Just sell this team to a good Quebecois group already.

Well, when the Sox played one of the teams the Rays swept, the Sox swept them (the Tiggers). Let's see how the Sox do against the Nats and Oakland.
Oh, definitely. Rays have been good but the competition to date (maybe including us?) isn't exactly a revealing stress test. It was a funny quite tho.

Love what we're seeing from Wink so far this early season. Would be huge for our season if this is sustainable.

So true. I remember they had 13,000 when they were last. But seriously? Is it the curse of Florida?
But a lot of their fans have to go over a bridge to get to their games! And there is TRAFFIC! If people going to Red Sox games had to deal with traffic no one would go to those games either I bet!

You can't find parking around Fenway at 4am in January.

Never been. What’s it like? I always figured it was like watching a ballgame in an empty Home Depot.
It is. I’ve been a few times. My son thinks it’s great but he doesn’t know any better plus we are on the dugout.

Regardless of how this ends, I’m choosing to be encouraged that we gave them a game tonight at the very least.
