Unless just knocking a guy down cleanly, but a body length from the boards so that falling will almost certainly be bad, is a penalty, I don't see how.

They have the most reason to say it shouldn’t be a penalty. And they didn’t even try to argue whether it wasn’t a penalty. Only should have been a minor. So they found some wording to make them back off.
I still don’t think it should have been. But shocked to hear Pittsburg radio to be that “it is a penalty”.

Still a lot of issues but thought the past 2 games were baby steps in the right direction. Hopefully a dose of Buffalo helps cure them.
