Feels to me like SC wins this by 15 as Iowa runs out of gas and SC destroys them on the boards.

Yeah SCs rebounding is a big problem for Iowa. 9 offensive I think was the last thing they put up on the screen, already.

Stuelke has been really solid. Not huge numbers but really important contributions and only one foul.

Every moving screen by Iowa making me mad! I think I need to use halftime to let it go so I don’t miss an epic 20 minutes.

I don’t know if she’s just exhausted (which would be understandable), but Clark often is very casual with her ball handling.

That is going to make Clark come out pissed in the second half. She’s going to think about that for 15 minutes.

Kind of feels just like Alabama last night going into the half. Iowa played about as well as they could have hoped against South Carolina, Clark went nuts early on, they're shooting 60% from three overall.... and they're still down by 3 at the half.

Iowa have to keep making their baskets at a high percentage because of the rebounding disparity. It feels like when SC takes a three it does Iowa a favor because they have at least a chance at these longer rebounds.

I sure that’s part of it. I’m sure Clark will do great in the WNBA but Taurasi was right when she said that it’s different than scoring against college players. Clark will face a sea of the best women’s players in the world, almost all of whom are significantly better than Nika Muhl, who did a really good job on Clark.
Sure but their job is to promote a league that's struggled to attract attention. Look at the quotes from NBA players about Wemby when he was playing in France. It's night and day.

I think SC has too many weapons and too much height. Iows’s starters can match up, but the string of SC subs will keep the team fresh. It feels Iowa will likely run out of steam. Maybe foul trouble can make a difference.

This is great. So competitive and I don’t even have a dog in this fight. Glad I’m tuned in

Feels like South Carolina is the more fatigued. They are keeping Iowa in it with some loose play and of course the missed free throws. Not moving great in half court sets or really even drawing fouls.

S. Carolina’s bench is so deep…what a game!

If anyone is watching Bird/Taurasi, Taurasi is thinking they should stop the screens for Clark and just let her go 1 on 1. I tend to agree at this point, let her ISO.
