Allen with more ball control issues. DJ Moore having another really good game though.

Rodgers could’ve gotten in the end zone there but he would’ve taken a hard hit.

So the Saints haven't been held to less than 10 points at home since 2005. Before Brees was signed. Just an incredible job by a terrible Atlanta team.

The preceding play was the DPI which stopped the clock. So the play began with the clock stopped, thus no 10 second runoff required.

People always get the 10 second runoff rule wrong. The only offensive penalties that result in a 10 second runoff are illegal motion or false start penalties. There are no 10 second runoffs if the penalty is offensive holding or offensive pass interference etc... in other words not every offensive penalty results in a 10 second runoff.

Newton officially IR'd. Done in Carolina?
Has 1 more year under contract
Joe Buck said something g earlier today that I found stunning. If Carolina releases him after the season, they get $19M in cap room

Rodgers hit in the end zone, on a questionable roughing call, catches the flag the ref throws. Hah

edit - looks even worse of a call on replay. I guess call him for 'driving into the ground' but looked like a tackle as AR threw the ball away

I assume they don’t get that if they trade him?

He’d probably fetch a 2nd or 3rd, right? Is that worth $19M in cap space?

And now the Packers are in Carolina territory. The problem with the NFL, versus basketball, is that a call can have a HUGE impact on the game. A bad call in the NBA and it's a couple of free throws. In the NFL, the Packers go from punting from the 2 to on the Carolina 30.

Chiefs fans are revolting over the missed offsides ... and, well, other things

Oh my goodness that was a vey heads up play by the Rams DB. Washington was running free and then had the ball punched out.

Did you see how steeler showed the ball, that was strange... like he’s shaving points
