Well then. Another TOP offense held to low points in a good performance defensively. I have no idea how that happens vs this team with Carroll getting a concussion, those cb are not good. But impressive.

Offensively they remembered to run the ball, the oline aged great, kelce even! Which is great to see, and helps wentz.
The receivers are utter garbage, Matthews is the only real NFL starter and he should be a second or third guy (probably second). The drop he made. Yeesh. And another first round wr bust it seems. What Wentz is doing given the receiving talent is impressive stuff.

This is a tough team to beat at home and they have only lost close games and won convincingly in their wins, and against some good teams. They may be a bit better than 500 I am underselling them.

St at is great again BTW.

Finally, personally think they should have gone for it 4th and goal from the 1.
The decision is inconsistent and that is going to annoy me.

Uhhhhhh....ok?
Back in September, the Eagles traded cornerback Eric Rowe to the New England Patriots for a conditional fourth-round pick despite being razor thin at the position. Executive vice president Howie Roseman revealed the team's thinking during his end-of-season press conference Wednesday.

"We felt at that time that we were not going to sign him to an extension," he said. "And to be able to get that value for him and possibly add someone who would be here for a longer period of time made sense for where we were."
At the time they made the trade, he had 3 years left on his rookie deal with an AAV of around 850k. They're worried about not being able to sign him to an extension?

I think there might be a slight difference between "not going to" and your conclusion of "not going to be able to". Sounds to me like they wanted to maximize the value of a player they didn't feel would be worth a bag of fleas by the end of that contract.

Whether that valuation was correct or not is the question we should be asking.
