Braves v. Marlins, game 2, 2:08, MLBN
Astros v. Athletics, game 3, 3:35, TBS
Yankees v. Rays, game 3, 7:10, TBS
Dodgers v. Padres, game 2, 9:08, FS1

Terrible situational hitting by Matt Joyce. Bases loaded after the Braves' O'Day hit one batter and walked the next, and now the sidearm righty has to face the lefty Joyce (third batter of the inning)...and Joyce swings at the first pitch and grounds weakly to first to leave 'em full.

Also, terrible commentary by Jim Kaat, saying that the three-batter rule for relief pitchers "takes strategy out of the manager's hands". No, Jim - it means the manager can't automatically go to his lefty against the lefty, but instead has to think several batters ahead.

No way to officially stream the end of the Miam-Atlanta game for free, I assume?

I'm not sure that I've ever seen a 9-6 fielders choice.
I didn't see this but it happens reasonably often when the runner on first thinks a ball to RF will be caught and instead it drops or the RF drops it. I just saw it maybe a week ago.

I've seen it before on pop ups but I can't remember it before on a legitimate hit to right field, but I'm sure it does happen.

If HOU can close this series today, that is a major advantage for the ALCS, which starts Sunday.

It must kill Dodgers fans to see the Astros winning a postseason series in Dodger Stadium.

Hendriks with the Goose Gossage-style save, 3 scoreless innings on 37 pitches.
