Yeah, I can't remember if it was here or elsewhere the discussion about Embiid as a top-5 guy came up, and the above was my point: I just don't believe you can win a title with him unless he gets fully in shape, which is a thing we've literally never seen. He's still hugely impactful, but he can't keep it up all game.It is helpful that after all these years Embiid still doesn't have enough wind. He walked up on that possession and stood at the top of the key. That forced the Sixers to run the play through Harris. Harris missed the shot and there was no chance at rebound for Philadelphia, since Embiid never made a move toward the basket. He basically took the possession off to catch his breath.
That's why the fast pace against the Sixers in the first half will pay off in the second half. Wear out the big fellow.
